Who Are We Looking For:
Vintage
We love to see vintage goods that fall under the umbrella of textiles, clothing, shoes, furniture, records, media, collectibles, books, housewares etc. This is the category we fill first with applications.
Original Art
Any photographers, painters, printmakers, sculptures, designers, ceramics, graphic artists, terrariums, plant people, book artists and zine-makers.
Hand Made Goods
Original knitted items, pattern creators, textile weavers, original hand sewn clothing and items, not limited to; hats, scarves, blankets, socks, clothing, and small original designs such as plush animals. Jewelry artists who hand fabricate at least 70% of their designs. This is the category that is very limited. We receive many applications in this category and are going to be selective as to not oversaturate the market with one specific style of goods.
Packaged Food
We welcome applications from bread bakers, honey hustlers, hot sauce folks and most other packaged food vendors.
Who we are NOT looking for:
We do not and will not accept those selling MLM products, imported goods such as: reselling items purchased through Temu, Shein, Amazon or any mass-produced goods. We want our consumers to be purchasing items that are low impact, second-hand, high quality, and original (non fan-art) pieces of work. We reserve the right to be selective in choosing applicants who fit our market vision.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Weapons (real or 3D printed), guns, knives, swords etc., blatant pornography, tobacco products, alcoholic products, cannabis, any and all illegal substances, minstrel art or items exhibiting rebel flags are prohibited. The TPRFM prohibits the sale of AI created artwork, any and all racist, sexist, xenophobic, homophobic, heterosexist, transphobic, nazi paraphernalia, and anti-semetic materials. We do not allow MAGA or Trump related or other politically branded or motivated items. We do not allow items that include weaponized phrases or terms (this includes Blue Line items). The Fruit has spent more than a decade developing a safe space for all exhibitors, artist and attendees. Breaking these rules will be cause for immediate expulsion from the event, forfeiture of your vending fee and a ban on all future events. We take this extremely seriously and we ask you to as well. This includes vendors wearing any political tshirt, hat, or accessory. If you are present and vending at our event while wearing banned items, you will be asked to remove them from the event. If you do not comply, your registration and table will be canceled and forfeited and you will be removed from the event.

I have applied several times and
I have not been accepted:
It is possible we might not be the best market for you. It is important to us that we host vendors who have an appreciation for material value. We prioritize vendors who use recycled/upcycled materials and showcase original artworks over those who are copying existing IP.

Make sure to ask yourself these questions.

-
Do I sell crafts that are made of (plastic, generic, polyester) and have used mass-produced goods to do so? Do I purchase gems, crystals, hardware, craft goods or whole pieces of jewelry on Temu/Shein/Amazon or similar for resale?
-
Do I have an updated online presence (website, instagram or other social media) By not having any of these or an inconsistent online presence, we have a harder time understanding who you are as a vendor and what you want to sell. We also want to promote you by using our Vendor Spotlights leading up to and day of our markets! Vendors are encouraged to share posts and Spotlights with their audience in order to create a successful market.
-
Did I not fill out the application fully or correctly? Did I submit the same photos as before? Did I expect The Flea Staff to find old application information for me? If the application is not filled out in full, we will not accept incomplete applications.
Why was I waitlisted?
Most common reasons you were put on the waitlist.
It is possible the chosen vendor category is saturated. If you are selling popular or trendy goods, chances are we have received numerous applications and are having to make the difficult decision between multiple vendors with similar styles/goods.
We are working toward a rotating vendor list. There is a balance between hosting returning vendors who have consistently fresh stock and hosting completely new vendors.
If you think you have been waitlisted a few times in error, please do send us an email so we can review your business and respond accordingly.

*Important Note*
All, every single one, of the applications that we receive, are looked at from top to bottom. We read through your information, view your photos, links and any tid-bits left to then decide on the applicants based on a juried selection. Each market we host is juried separately, so you might be accepted into one market and on the waiting list for another. We are as fair as possible with our vendor rotation.
